3 WhatsApp Business API Data

As a business using the Meta WhatsApp Business API, we process specific data categories in the context of WhatsApp-based communications:

• Phone numbers: The WhatsApp-linked mobile number of users we communicate with.
• Display name: WhatsApp profile name where visible to our business account.
• Message content: Text, documents, images, or media exchanged in business conversations.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. – WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.

When ViSenAI operates messaging campaigns on behalf of a client (e.g., a real estate developer), conversation data and lead information may be shared with that client in accordance with our data processing agreements.
